Nurseries offers a 12 month limited guarantee. We will replace at
one-half the purchase price any plant which fails to survive, if
reported to us within 12 months. However, no claim will be
considered unless the bill is paid in full. We also guarantee that
our plants will be true to name, up to grade, and will arrive in fresh
condition. We allow no deduction for stock which may die. It
is mutually agreed that the limit of our liability for untrueness to
name is free replacement or refund of purchase price. |
